DMMC 2025 HONOR BAND SCHOLARSHIPS
Donner Mine Music Camp is a non-profit organization that annually relies upon donations to fund the Scholarships we award to deserving campers. The amount of donations received determines our annual scholarship budget.

Multi-Scholarship Rules
A Scholarship in any amount from your school, a fan or booster club or another organization can be combined with
your DMMC early bird and/or multi-camper discount.
Early Registration Discount- All campers who register and pay their deposit between December 1, 2024 and
December 31, 2025 will receive a $50 early bird registration discount.
This discount CAN be combined with the SYS discount.
Please note that if you receive a scholarship from an organization other than DMMC, you are still responsible for that tuition amount. If DMMC does not receive payment for your scholarship from the other organization by check-in at camp, you must pay the outstanding balance. If/ When DMMC receives the scholarship monies from the organization after camp, you will be reimbursed the amount paid for that scholarship.

DMMC $50 Honor Band Discount
If your camper attended a 2025 Honor Band, then your camper will receive a $50 discount toward their 2025 tuition of $850.00. Please complete the information regarding the honor band below. Your camper's attendance will be verified as DMMC does get programs from area *honor bands.
*If the honor band your camper attended below is not listed, then select other and indicate the honor band in the box provided. YOU WILL NEED TO EMAIL A COPY OF THE PROGRAM LISTING YOUR CHILD IN ATTENDANCE TO TRISTA@DMMC.ORG Before the discount will be honored.

DMMC $450 Honor Band Scholarship
DMMC awards select Honor Band musicians with a $450 Scholarship to attend our camp each year. The selection is made at the individual honor bands by our Director of Music. Once selected, the musician will be given a flyer with the Scholarship code and instructions. The honor band code needs to be listed on the camp application at the time of registration.
The DMMC $450 Honor Band Scholarship CAN NOT be combined with the $50 honor band discount offered by DMMC.

Sacramento Youth Symphony Members
Donner Mine Music Camp is offering a $50 off discount toward the full tuition of camp to current Sacramento Youth Symphony members. This discount can not be combined with any other Donner Mine Music Camp Scholarship (excluding the early registration discount).
Payment Options for Scholarships
Please read all of the following information on your options for payment IF you are awarded a scholarship.
You are responsible for the full tuition of the camp ($850).
FOR NON-DMMC SCHOLARSHIPS
Please note that if the camp coordinator has not received and processed your scholarship by check-in at camp, you will need to pay the balance due at check-in.
If and when Donner Mine Music Camp receives the scholarship (after camp)
then you will be reimbursed that amount.
You may pay the remaining balance by check(s) or money order(s). If you choose this option, please send payment(s) along with a copy of your invoice to:

Make sure to write your camper's name on the memo line.
