In case of an emergency requiring the camp to evacuate, the following steps should be followed:

1.    Determine the emergency.
2.    Determine the location of the emergency.
3.    Call the emergency phone numbers (Camp Staff)**
4.    Organize all people in camp at the logs (located across from the front of the lodge).
5.    Communicate evacuation plan to all persons in camp. This will be the decision of the MUSIC CAMP DIRECTORS. (As stated in the current Donner Mine Camp agreement).
6.    EXECUTE THE EVACUATION PLAN.

Note: Counselors will be responsible for keeping their campers together.  Staff will assist in the evacuation.

   Camp Directors will call 911
 Receive direction from the controlling agency.
Give them specific information (location of camp, # of campers, ages).

Zeibright Road and Hwy. 20)

 If Buses are contacted, the meeting point is Zeibright Road and Hwy. 20.
