CAMP CHECK-OUT PROCESS
Check out is BEFORE the concert between 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm.
PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY.

**Please follow the parking attendants’ directions for PARKING**
PICK UP YOUR CAMPER’S LUGGAGE AND MEDICATIONS BEFORE THE CONCERT STARTS
After parking your vehicle, please proceed to the check-out desk near the Lawn area located on the west side of the Lodge.
DO NOT ENTER THE KITCHEN OR GO ON THE DECK! Staff and Campers will be eating dinner.
NO ONE WILL BE PERMITTED TO HANG OUT ON THE LAWN AREA DURING CHECKOUT
1. After parking your vehicle, please proceed to the Nurse’s Station/Cabin and pick up your camper’s medications. Medications MUST be picked up by 6:00 pm. Any left medications will be properly disposed of immediately after the concert. If your camper does not have any medications that were left with the nurse, please skip to item #2.
2. Proceed to the lawn area (on the west side of the lodge) and locate the check-out desk.
3. You will need to check out with the Camp Coordinator, Trista Kennedy, BEFORE retrieving your camper’s luggage.
The counseling group will section the campers' luggage. To keep belongings safe, the lawn area will be restricted during check-out.
4. After retrieving your camper’s luggage, please immediately put it (and medications) in your vehicle. The concert does not end until well after nightfall, and visibility will be poor. It will also be difficult to keep track of your camper’s luggage during the concert.
5. Once you have safely loaded your camper’s luggage and medications into your vehicle, you may return to the concert area and take your seat. You are welcome to use the picnic benches around the area (not on the deck or in the kitchen) to eat any dinner you may have brought.
IMPORTANT NOTICES:
• Please do not disturb your camper when you arrive. Campers and Staff will be eating dinner starting at 5 pm and then getting ready for the concert.
The Small Ensemble Showcase starts at 6 pm.
NO ONE OF THE OPPOSITE GENDER IS ALLOWED IN THE DORMS AT ANY TIME (this includes parents).
• After the concert, you will need to pick up your camper’s instrument case and any other clothing items they may have not packed. DMMC does NOT have a lost and found.
